About these terms

This website is run by Haylo Baby (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

A product still in development

The Haylo Baby Head Cushion is still being developed. It is not yet in production. The photos and images on this site show prototypes and design renders, not the final production cushion. The product you receive may look and feel different from what is shown or described here.

Before it ships, we may refine details such as materials, padding, straps, buckles, sizing, colors and labeling as we finish development and testing. Any change will be made to improve the product and will not change its purpose. If we make a significant change to the product you ordered, we will email you before it ships and you may cancel for a full refund.

Pre-orders

• The Haylo Baby Head Cushion is sold as a pre-order. It is not in stock yet. Your payment method is charged in full when you place your order.
• Pre-orders are currently expected to ship in 16–18 weeks. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
• Shipping times may change. Development, testing, manufacturing and delivery from our suppliers can all affect when your order ships, and the estimate may move earlier or later.
• If shipping will be later than estimated, we will email you a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund.
• You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. See our Refund Policy.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. The $79 founder price is available for pre-orders for a limited time; the regular price is $99. We may change prices or end the founder price at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Using the cushion safely

The Haylo Baby Head Cushion is designed to soften bumps and falls during supervised play. It does not prevent injury and is not a medical device. Always supervise your child while it is worn. Do not use it for sleep, in a car seat, stroller or crib, or near water. Stop using it if it is damaged. Follow the care and fit instructions included with the product.

Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. The images on this site currently show prototypes. Because the cushion is still in development, the product delivered to you may look and feel different from the images and descriptions on this site, as explained above.

Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Haylo Baby. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Haylo Baby is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in place when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Haylo Baby is based.
